SER5 5700u does not recognize 2x16gb memory sticks

I bought 2x crucial 16gb ddr4 3200 1.2v CL22, frequency, volt and timing parameters are the same as on installed 2x 8gb crucial memory stick from "factory".
The minipc BIOS does not see new memory at all.
I tested new memory sticks on my laptop and it works well, passed all memorytest86 test.
More over when I installed one old stick 8Gb and new one 16gb, bios recognized only old one but memorytest86 showed both.
Unfortunately OS recognized only old one as well.
Could you please help to fix it?

could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?so that I can confirm the model of your machine.
and can you send me the link about your new RAM?so that we can know what kind of the RAM do you use.
