BIOS version 1.24 (GTR_V1.24_bLink_P4C5M43), dated June 8, 2022 is actual latest version.

There is a newer Bios version for the GTR5 that was provided to me via tech support email (Bios version 2.25 dated 03/03/2022) , It contains updated microcode, fix for some stuttering issues (relating to FTPM) .

The version 2.25 is a testing version. The formal version is not released yet.

If you want to update the BIOS, please contact Support-PC@bee-link.com.
If you flash the wrong BIOS, your PC will probably become a brick.

Is that normal to ask for the latest BIOS update and provide the SN to get the info or to get the BIOS?!!

All Other vendors put the supported files of their products on their websites without telling or asking us for these things you do - they just put it on the supported page of the product and people go there to check what new and what they need to download

So the Q is what is the latest BIOS released for GTR5 5900HX?

and another thing about SER 6 MAX 6900Hx or 7735HS I want to buy one of them but my Q is can I attach the 2.5 SATA or 2.5 SSD like GTR5 5900 or not?

We generally do not publish BIOS files in the forum is worried that customers brush the wrong BIOS will cause the machine to become brick, can only return to the factory repair.

The latest BIOS version of the GTR5 5900 is GTR_V1.22_P4C5M43

The SER6 MAX 6900 and SER6 MAX 7735 can be connected to an additional 2.5in HDD via a SATA cable and SATA small board.

Kindly note that I'm not asking to provide it in the forum I ask that it should be available on the public under-supported devices like other websites like Asus, HP, DELL, etc
