L-shaped SATA Cable for GTR5 R9

Hello all.

I tried to search for this subject but didn't find anything.

Where can I purchase internal Sata cables for my GTR5? It seems the original one has a small broken track so the minipc won't recognize any SSDs.

I have had the same issue. I have contacted Beelink Support (support-pc@bee-link.com) with my proof of purchase on Amazon with a snapshot picture taken with my cell. They took care of me very quickly! (I'm located in Canada).

I find the actual GT-SATA HYX V1.0 cable a bit short so I'd be interested to purchase one or three (twice as long) if possible :-)

Hello all,
I only opened the gtr5 box 2 times and the ssd stopped working after a long time, blocked by the bios. During that time I did not open or move the gtr5. I have a picture of the cable from the first opening and you can see the cross section of the cable. I ordered another cable from support and it hasn't arrived yet. It should be longer or another model.

Did you contact Beelink Support at support-pc@bee-link.com or you have purchased a L-Shape mSATA Cable elsewhere online?!? When mine got severed, I have contacted Beelink Support (with proof of purchase, serial number etc...) and they sent me a replacement cable right away.

Today I received a SATA cable with a reducer. Everything works as it should. Thanks again to the forum and the BEELINK support itself
