SER 5 BIOS and Documentation help

Hello, I have SER5 5600H mini pc that doesn't boot
Power led doesnt light, fan spins, all dc-dc are working, power consumption ~4.5W
Pcb model: HDF621012_P03 2022-08-23 AZW_SER4_V12

Where i can get correct bios file for it?
Is there any documentation like boardview or schematic diagram?

Hello there,
if your machine cannot turn on,
Here are some potential solutions: First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. ①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

④Please check if the fan spins?

⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

Hello,
I have already did CMOS reset, my board starts automatically after connecting power supply

1: I tried different cables

2: Ram cleaned

3: Ram tested in another SER5 with 5700U, tried single stick in both slots

4: Fan spins

5: Caps Lock and Num Lock not working when pressing these keys

The strange thing that is my machine turning on, but power button light doesnt light on, power constuption from wall brick is around 5W, no difference with or without ram

Okay so I found a problem

There was a break in the MOSFET in the reset circuit, I used a copper wire by pushing it under the processor to measure the SYSPWROK signal on the BGA ball AW2 of the Ryzen processor

Then I found that this signal is formed by AND gate using 5 diodes. One of the diodes had a low signal, it turned out to be SYS_RST# AL2 Ryzen Pin
I found it by applying 1.8@150mA to the SYS_RST# circuit, I found the orange MOSFET heating, it turned out that the MOSFET nearby had a break and caused an eternal Reset of the processor


What is the latest bios I should flash on this board? Serial number is provided in the first post

I used 5600H _BIOS BlinkLogo.zip from SER5600 folder
