Ser8 External USB Drive Partition Not Found

I can't see my WD Elements 10TB external USB drive's partition with SER 8 8845HS, but when i connect it to other computers it is totally normal.
I tried clear CMOS and connect it to all USB ports, even connect it with a type-c adapter to the type-c port, all with same result.

Hi there
Please try some solutions here : 
1.Go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.   

2.Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager---universal serial bus controller--USB hub---properties--power management---uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"

3.Did you try other USB devices or other USB ports  , will they work  ?

sfc /scannow finished with "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations". Tried the solution 1 & 2 provided with no luck. My SER8 is newly purchased and just fresh installed OS. I tried all USB ports and even the type c port with an adapter with same result. i tried a 8GB USB thumb drive works fine in SER8.

Hello there, Let’s try these steps to initialize disk:1. Right-click "This PC" (in Windows 10 File Explorer) and choose "Manage."

2. Go to "Disk Management" and right-click your new hard disk. Choose the "Initialize Disk."

3. In the dialog box, select the disk you wish to initialize and choose the MBR or GPT partition.Also, try to create partitions:1. Right-click "This PC" and choose "Manage" > "Disk Management."2. Right-click the unallocated space and choose "New Simple Volume."

3. In New Simple Volume Wizard, click "Next" to continue.4. Follow the wizard to specify the volume size, assign a drive letter to the volume, and then format the partition.

i can't initialize the disk, i got too much data inside it...

thanks for helping me here, i would further try inserting another hd into the WD elements enclosure and also try inserting the 10TB hd into another enclosure for testing

(but i would hv to borrow another enclosure from my fd first)
