USB ports not working

I have a serious issue with latest shipment of GT-KING WIFI6 SN: YS9224 (build no. 0003_P0_newbt)

USB ports are not working therefore remote with bluetooth dongle is rendered useless. Tested with other generic remotes such as Minix Neo A2 & MX3 but not working either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just in case anyone runs into the same issue, check your power source. My power board was faulty.
