SER8 eGpu via USB4/Thunderbolt poor performance

Hi,

I connected an external EGPU (AMD Radeon Rx6600 8Gb) to my SER8.

Memory access speed via USB 4/Thunderbolt 3 should be around ~3000MB/s.
At least 2700-2800MB/s (which I actually got on my another HP laptop with the same eGpu connection)
However here on SER8 I only got 1700-1800.

Could you please help with this issue?

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine?

You can try to clear CMOS firstly: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.  Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/2nIRGaYI#M2 ... pfyHlqyjnn86TypZp2w  

Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?

Then we will see if your BIOS can update.

It is recommended that you try to update the graphics card driver and chipset driver, we will send you the corresponding driver file after receiving your SN picture.

I have an issue with USB 4 ports. They are running below 1000MB/s using a thunderbolt4/usb4 enclosure and a new samsung 990 Pro. I have tried multiple cables as well.

Here are some solutions:

① Close all unnecessary background applications. Use the Task Manager (on Windows) or Activity Monitor (on Mac) to identify and end programs that are not essential for the eGPU operation. This can free up system resources and potentially improve the bandwidth available for the USB 4/Thunderbolt 3 connection.
②Review and adjust the power management settings. On Windows, you can access the Power Options in the Control Panel and select a high - performance plan if available. On Mac, you can adjust the Energy Saver settings in System Preferences to ensure that the USB 4/Thunderbolt 3 interface is not being throttled due to power - saving measures.
