Restore System after ssd upgrade

i've got a Beelink Beelink Mini PC SEi12 Max, Intel Core i7-12700H (14C/20T, fino a 4,7GHz), 32GB DDR5 500GB M.2 PCIe4.0 SSD, 4K Triplo display, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI2.1, DP1.4, BT5.2, WiFi6, 2.5G RJ45,And I want to upgrade the internal ssd from 500 to 1 TB.
The upgrade is very easy, but after uograde how can I restore the mini pc, with all system, bios and reset to factory, but with my new 1TB ssd?

② You can also install new image into the new SSD.

I downloaded and unzipped the document for restore my beelink


When unzip the content is different from that one on pdf instruction or video tutorial
