Latest BIOS update for S3 Ryzen 7 3750H?

I am looking for the latest BIOS firmware update, since I am getting a message when I turn on the computer (ROM Image is not loaded - ROM Image update denied) and I deduce that the Bios needs to be updated. Could you help me?
