Logitech keyboard and mouse not recognized

I just started to set up my Beelink SER7 Ryzen 7840HS. When I turned it on, it cycled and went straight to the language selection screen. It is not recognizing my logitech dongle. I tried another dongle ,still no luck. They work perfectly fine on my other computer. I have also reset it and tried every usb slot with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.


Update: Purchased new dongle still no luck.

What is the exact model of the keyboard/mouse?

Please use wired keyboard and mouse when you set up the PC, you can use wireless keyboard and mouse after you enter the system.
