could I please get the latest Bios for the 5500U?
Current bios is FP655U505, dated 11/21/2022.
SN:D55003EF20268
SER5-E-16512EJ0W64PRO-D13

May I ask if your SER5 5500 is the version with two HDMI ports?

Then VFP655U505 is the latest version of BIOS for your machine.

Hi thanks. There are two HDMI ports indeed. Does that mean that the VFP655U508 bios is no good for my machine?

The V508 is the SER5 5500 with a DP interface and an HDMI version of the BIOS that is not available on your machine.
