Really make me want to toss my Mini PC box outside the window. Even Factory Reset won't freaking work. Command Prompts won't work, RTC Key (the small hole to force reset the PC) also won't work. Couldn't get out of the BitLocker, already tried every method i could find on youtube. Recovery Key won't work, Command prompts won't work, Powershell won't activate in the Command prompts.

Even the "Rest this PC" won't work both "Keep the Files" and "Erase all Files" won't work... Please help. If there's a button inside the SER5 PRO 5700U that can be pushed to completely factory reset it forcibly please tell me.

Create a "installation media" on a USB key from another win11 PC, then boot the mini PC on this USB key to fully erase old install and install a new one ?

Hello there,
you can try to reset the PC according to the following steps:
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset

Installation media like the one that can be downloaded on Microsoft's official website and even the Rufus website both require a working PC that doesn't get stuck at startup of the PC because of the BitLocker in order to run the programs...I don't have a 2nd PC nor is there a close internet cafe here to do that.

I already tried Startup Repair multiple times, IT DID NOT WORK.

Also i don't have a System Restore point so that's out of the question.

Please read my post carefully, i already did tried Rest this PC but didn't work, saying there's a problem with the PC. Command Prompts won't also work.

Only ones i haven't tried yet are the Press & hold the power button and the Safe Mode.

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine and a picture of purchase invoice?

Here are the possible solutions:

①Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.

②Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.

③Please reinstall the system.

I won't be able to send a picture of the purchase invoice my SER5 PRO 5700U was bought in saudi arabia and my father won't even look at my chats so no way to actually get it... However i can give the SN code picture now but will be able to send the Save & Exit picture later maybe at night so my Mini PC won't overheat.

HI there
Please reinstall the system as instructed .

and try this
CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the "CLR CMOS" button/hole for about 10 seconds.
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC,  you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works.  Please try few more times.

My mother and i took the Mini PC to a technician to wipe everything in the Mini PC and reinstall Windows 11 Pro... It's working now though i'll never again login to a microsoft account, getting locked out of my own PC out of nowhere is really frustrating.

Thanks for trying to help me out anyway, in the end we had to take it to a technician. Bitlocker was too much of a headache especially when a lot of methods i tried didn't work as intended.
