Hello. My system freeze and sometimes get BSOD after I try to launch Steam game Insurgency. This game have BattlEye anit-cheat system, so I think the problem is related to BattlEye. I try to launch game and after that when I click on apps links, they don't work, so I have to reset pc, and sometimes I got BSOD.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Update Drivers
Graphics Drivers: Outdated graphics drivers can cause compatibility issues and system instability. Please update the graphic driver :https://mega.nz/file/uqIjVKLQ#qd ... sQjB0OoCFjf8IjOgtuM

2. Check for Windows Updates
Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, Microsoft releases patches and updates that can fix compatibility issues and security vulnerabilities. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Check for updates" and install any available updates.

3. Verify Game Files and Anti - cheat Software
Game Files: For the "Insurgency" game, use the Steam client to verify the integrity of the game files. Right - click on the game in your Steam library, select "Properties", go to the "Local Files" tab, and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files". This process will check for any corrupted or missing game files and replace them if necessary.
BattlEye: Since you suspect the problem is related to BattlEye, try reinstalling the anti - cheat software. You can usually do this through the game's launcher or by following the instructions provided on the game's official website. Sometimes, the anti - cheat software may have become corrupted or outdated, leading to system issues.
④ Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hello,
I downloaded Windows from the official Microsoft website and installed it. It didn't help. I read a post on Reddit with the same problem as me. The author of the post was helped by a BIOS update. So most likely, to make the problem disappear, you need to fix the BIOS.
