SER5 MAX Mini PC Win 11 install wants email from an org domain or school

Hello, My new SER I am booting up for the first time. It wants an email account that is connected to either a work domain or an eductaion domain. This was purchased off of Amazon. Can you help me with this? IS there something that we can do to correct this? It should not be asking for this correct?
