Hello

I need to factory restore my U59 Pro due problems with themini PC.

How to do that? Is there a tutorial?

I need also the Windows 11 Key?

What do I need to install Windows 10 instead of Windows 11?Is it possible? What information you need for seending me the Windows 10 key also?

Can you provide a picture of the main page of the bios? We can confirm whether there is a bios update available.
