Remote Not connecting

GT KING PRO . Remote blinking green light . It wont connect . How do I pair it????. It was working fine until I walked to the garage with it in my pocket... I think it became unpaired? How do I fix it?

Hi there,

Could you please please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the Box ?

Please try to reset the remote to see if it works.
Maybe the battery is too low ?
