SER6 MAX sluggish

Just got my hands on a new SER6 MAX but it's very sluggish. It's gets stuck a few seconds often. How can I fix this issue?

Hello there,

You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

1、Please try to update the chipest driver.
Please uninstall the chipest driver in the device manager and install the new one.

I did that and it feels better but when I noticed the words look pixilated and the downloaded speeds seems throttled. I was downloading at 4 mbps. I plugged in my ser5  and was downloading at 90 mbps. Not sure what's going on my the ser5 feels a lot better than my new ser6

May I know what is your current bios version? we could check if there is new bios for your machine too, thanks , Have a nice day!

thanks for your letter, your bios is the latest one, pls try to clean the cache and some files , thanks

It's a fresh out of the box with less than 5 apps. How can I reinstall windows.

Edit, I reset windows and reinstalled the driver and it's looking better.

Only problem I have is I have 2gb internet service but I'm only getting 1gb test speeds. I already modified the network speed in the Ethernet setting to 2.5gb but the link speed keeps going to 1bg. How can I fix that

Please try some solutions here : 

1.Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--wired config --start the service.

2. Please right click the windows---setting--troubleshooting---other troubleshooters--- network---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

3. Shut down the router for at least 10 Mins and turn it on again .

Got, it. Works now.

Another problem that the real jack in detecting speakers connected but no sound is coming out.
The front jack works fine.

Already uninstalled the audio drivers and installed them again and its the same problem
