MINISV1 failure issue

Hi,
I have MINISV1-A-8256SD0W64PRO-B
I couldn't install any new windows.
After restarting it cuts off the keyboard / mouse and HDMI output and I have to plug-out the power cable and wait a while.

I have tried to change disk and ram but nothing changed.

Hi there,

① Please change another power supply.
② Please change another HDMI cable.
③ Please go to BIOS and disable fast boot in the  boot menu.
④ Please go to BIOS and make sure the first boot option is the hard disk.
