Hello,

I am trying to assign 8 GB to VRAM in my Beelink SER6, but even when I modify the value in the BIOS to 8G, Windows 11 and CPU-Z still report 4 GB as you can see in the images below.

Could you please help me?
Thank you.

The newest 24.x.x AMD Radeon drivers appear to override the VRAM setting within the BIOS. So even if you set your VRAM to 8GB, the AMD drivers will set VRAM to 4GB. Clearing CMOS, etc. won't change anything. For integrated AMD iGPU's, the Radeon drivers have a "Memory Optimizer" which can be found within the AMD Adrenalin Edition software (if you install the latest AMD Radeon drivers from AMD's website). The memory optimizer can be set for "Gaming" (higher VRAM, 4GB) and Productivity, which lowers the VRAM to 2GB. I've noticed however that changing this setting on Beelink models such as the SER7 has no impact.

Hello there,

It is recommended that you pull out the CMOS battery first, and then let it stand for 1-2 hours before connecting it back.

Then try to reset VRAM, maybe you can succeed.

Have a nice day!
