Hi，
I've refreshed the new BIOS you sent to me. But my U59 still hang-on and needs to reboot via plug off/on power connection, the BIOS time/date changed after reboot.

Do you have a new latest BIOS to solve my issue or I need to change the battery on the mainboard?

我联系的技术支持，他们发给了我WIN11的安装文件，建议重新安装系统。
系统重新安装后依然存在死机问题。死机后无法通过开关来关机重启，要拔掉电源等一段时间、温度降低后再插入电源才能重启，风扇只在开机时有启动，其他时间未发现有噪音运转。是主板温控的问题还是SSD的错误？

机器死机时，显示消失、电源开关按键长亮但无法关机，机器风扇没有启动，后部网口上方可以感觉到温度。要拔掉电源关机，等到温度降低到室温，插上电源后才能重新启动。启动后BIOS的时间不是当前时间。

温度有升高，如何确定为“过热”？
