I have a AZW SER computer and I need the “Multimedia Controller” driver as there is no audio from the device at all. The audio has been tested with multiple devices so I know it's a driver issue.
The Hardware LDS is: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_15E21022&REV_01

and you could try this too, Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. thanks for your effort.
Pls follow the video tutorial to clear the cmos correctly, it might work: https://mega.nz/file/2nIRGaYI#M2 ... pfyHlqyjnn86TypZp2w

If not . Please try some solutions here :

1.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.
