beelink sei14 random reboots

hi all, im getting random reboots on my beelink sei14 intel ultra 125h running proxmox. randomly shutdowns and restarts. do i need to update the bios? the bottom cover has vent holes

What is your BIOS version ?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.
Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

it restarted probably 3 times last night over the course of an hour. not looking good. memtest came back as passed. uploaded pic of memtest and bios
