Please provide the SN code of the machine and the main page of the BIOS. We will confirm whether there is a BIOS upgrade and send you the corresponding driver.

We have not received your SN code and BIOS version pictures, so we did not send you the corresponding files. The wrong BIOS file will damage your PC.

Actually, using desktop/PC view show some of the reply that I didn't see previously... I think it's bugged on phone view.
