ser 6 ram upgrade

hey

i have the ser6 with 6900hx and i wanted to know why when i upgraded my ram to two 16gb ram 6400mhz it shows in my pc as 4800mhz i saw that you need to enable xmp but i dont know where it in the beelink bios

for ser max 6900, the maximum it could support is : SODIMM DDR5 4800Mhz   64gb  for ser p 6900: Memory: Dual DDR5 Channel (SODIMM Slots×2, Up to 4800MHz, Max 64GB) the same too, so  that might be why it shows 4800mhz still.

The XMP setting is not available in the BIOS to change or set, although the SER6 6900HX 2024 series automatically activates any RAM timing profiles. I have updated mine from 2 x 8 GB with 2 x 16 GB GSkill RAM and the best available timing has been automatically enabled without any tweaking.

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version via email.
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.
