Brand new GTR7 that I have been using for < 2 weeks.

64Gb ram, triple monitor setip, HDMI + DP + USB-C.

My screen keep randomly turning black and when it resumes, the following error message will pop up. Any idea how tor resolve? My AMD Adrenalin Edition version is 24.5.1.

Download and run the amdcleanuputility.exe (search Google for it)...it'll boot your PC into SAFE mode, then remove all AMD graphics drivers. Restart after it's done, then download the AMD Radeon Software 24.6.1 (just released last week) and when it has fully installed, launch the AMD control panel and choose the "default" option in Quick Setup. Also make sure you've installed the latest AMD Chipset drivers onto your PC.

I tried installing both the 24.6.1 driver and the driver from the bee-link URL. I am still encountering AMD driver crashing issue.

If I choose driver install only instead of the full install, I notice that when the driver issue happen, my USB-C display will remain  black. I have to un-plug and re-plug for the display to show an image.

Hello there,
Have you uninstalled the driver on the device manager and then reinstalled the driver?

Yes I have tried to remove and re-install the driver. I have also used the amdcleanuputility.exe to remove the driver before re=installing.
