Mini PC SEI8 won't boot - white light on power up.

Took apart all components, and removed RAM, fan, hard drive, and CMOS battery. It won't boot into the BIOS and immediately when I plug it in there is a white light where the power button that won't go away. What should I do is the device bricked? Notice when I plugged in the CPU appeared to heat up quickly. Advice?

Please keep RAM in it to see if it can boot into the BIOS.
Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions: First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. ①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

④Please check if the fan spins?

⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

The fan arrived but there is still a white light. I noticed when I plugged the keyboard in, there was no light on the keyboard. The fan spun for a moment but now the new doesn't appear to spin. There is no NVME in the computer and I believe that was malfunctioning as well because before it crashed things wouldn't write to disk. Also removing and inserting one RAM stick into the computer at a time in both slots didn't help. Always a white light?

If the CPU is heating up quickly, it could indicate a problem with the CPU cooler installation or a short circuit. Recheck the CPU cooler to ensure it's making proper contact and not loose.
If the device still won't boot into BIOS and the white light persists, it's not necessarily bricked, but it could be a hardware issue. In this case, we suggest you to have it repaired.
The PC has one-year warranty, you can send it back for repair .
