Hello,

I bought a SER6 Max mini pc a few months ago and I've been having problems with all Logitech peripherals for a while now. I have a camera, which stops working and windows says it does not recognize it, mouse and keyboard that lose the connection, mostly the keyboard that you have to wait several seconds until it reconnects. Does anyone have the same problems? Any solution?

Thanks

Hi there,

I tested a Logitech mouse, it is working. https://mega.nz/file/K24kiSIL#aX ... WWI2nN2pSXauIQC6xdk
So I suspect that your Logitech devices are not compatible with our PC.
How about you try another one or insert the receiver in another USB port ?

Try to plug a small USB hub (the kind with 4 usb, and a 4" or 5" wire), and plug your peripheral on that hub, to see if it makes a difference. It did for a lot of SER machine

Wow, if you think that Logitech peripherals...in case you don't know Logitech is one of the biggest companies that sells peripherals for many years...well if you think that they don't work with your computers, it would be good that it is clear everywhere that your computers are not compatible with one of the most popular brands of peripherals!!!!

Hello there,
how about you try another USB port and see if it can work?maybe there is something with your USB port.
and you can try to clear the cmos:First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

plug. a. usb. hub. and. plug. your. keyboard. and. mouse. on it.

It seems it is a heat and interference problem. It has been discussed here multiple times, try a hub.
