Dear Beelink Support,

Could I ask for a power adaptor replacement for my new SER8 8845HS? My country's electric power rating is 220V however the supplied power adaptor INPUT is US 100-120V, 1.6A, Output 19V==5.26A

Don't worry, this power supply is produced by us, the power supply is marked 100-120V just to meet the export certification, in fact, this power supply can be used for 100-240V voltage.
