There is very little grip on the rubber feets on the new Ser8. How can i easily remove them in order to install a new drive?

Hello, you could just get the little grip out, then you will see the screws, and then open the box, thanks

Hello, This requires a pointed pair of tweezers to be inserted, and then the pad is pulled out.

Hi thanks for your response. If you take something in metal there is a risk in damaging the case or the rubber feet. Can you ask your technicians? Do you have any example of such grip, plastic would be the best. The rubber feets are not coming enough out. It a small thing to adapt, just 1 mm higher. Hope you understand the issue, not enough grip to pull them out. 底部固定螺丝就有橡胶垫挡着,非常小

Sorry but it's not functional, no tools should be needed to access the screws. I'm sure that i will not be the only one who will complain about it.

To remove the rubber feet on the new Ser8:

Use a flathead screwdriver or a similar tool to gently pry up the edge of each rubber foot.
Once the edge is lifted, carefully peel off the rubber foot from the surface.
Clean any residue left behind using adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol.
Repeat the process for all rubber feet until they are removed completely.

Hi, did you watched the movie closely? Here is a screenshot, zoom in and you will see some small rubber pieces on the edge. The rubber got damaged. The point i want to make is that it's not functional made. No tools should be needed and for sur not getting damaged. See it as a constructive comment (for Beelink).
