I have a MINI S12 running Windows 11 with all the current updates.  We have assisted over a dozen friends to purchase the same.

To date, I have not had need to connect to the 2nd HDMI port, until today...but when I tried...NO LUCK!!!

The HDMI port nearest the power connection does not see a monitor, no matter if it is the ONLY monitor connected or with a monitor in the second HDMI port next to the network cable connection.  The monitor/HDMI port next to the network cable connects to all monitors, with no issues, with a cable plugged into the port next to power or not.

THE KEY IS...the HDMI Port next to the Power Connection does NOT connect to ANY Monitor.

Can this issue be resolved???

Any assistance we can get would be appreciated!
Betty

Hello there,
Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC

Here are possible solutions:
① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (put the pin in the pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DV ... Z7f7qpKGP2E3nMHW8ms
② Please go to the device manager and uninstall the graphic driver and then reinstall a new one.

When I started the process, the HDMI port next to the power connection did not work.
The HDMI port next to the Network Cable worked perfectly.

My computer is a MINI S 12 purchased in August 2023, Running Windows 11.

I resolved the issue by doing the following:

1 -Powered off the computer
2 -Unplugged Power
3 -Then Unplugged ALL HDMI, USB & Network cords and USB adapters (Nothing left connected to the original unit)
4 -Found Pin Hole in Lower MIDDLE Side of Computer (Hidden behind the openings/vents)
5 -Pushed in and held pin hole for 10+ seconds
6 -Left computer completely unplugged from all units for 10+ minutes
7 -Plugged in NOT THE POWER....BUT ALL HDMI, USB, Network Cable, and USB Adapters
8 -Plugged in the Power Cord
9 -Powered on the computer. and logged into Windows (Pin OR Password)

FIRST RESULT...When I started the computer back up... the HDMI port next to the power connection WORKED...but he HDMI port next to the Network Cable STOPPED Working.

Disappointed, I went to the next step:

10 -Opened the Device Manger
11 -Removed the Monitor from the Device Manager
12 -Restarted the Computer

FINAL RESULTS...When I started the computer back up... BOTH MONITORS WERE WORKING ....once I was logged into Windows.

So Far So Good!

Thank you Tech Support!!!
