How to start a mini PC remotely?

I am planning to buy a mini pc for my living room as a TV media station.

Is it possible to start a (e.g.) AMD Ryzen 7 remotely?
Is it equipped with an ired receiver?

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Sorry, our machines do not equipped with an ired receiver.
As long as the machine is on the same LAN, it can wake up through the network and start the machine remotely.
