you can take off the case see if the case problem.
Please try some solutions here :
① Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver Here is the driver source :

② Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes.
③Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--bluetooth--start the service.
④Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other troubleshooters--- bluetooth---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
