SER4 4700U random reboots

My ser4 4700U is randomly rebooting. This happens when applications are running as well as when they are idle. Has anyone else experienced this?

hello, may I know is there a blue screen or black screen coming with the reboots? does the fan work normally? does your machine get over-heated?
