SER5 MAX RAM Upgrade

I would like to upgrade from the current SODIMM 16GB to 64GB RAM on my SER5 Ryzen 7 5800H, what are the required specs for the RAM? I.e. DDR4 3200, DDR4 2666, etc and PC4-25600, PC4-?????
