I have a Kingston Data Traveler 8gb USB 2.0 thumb drive formatted in fat32

I just purchase MINIS 12 PRO with Intel N100 and W11 Pro.

My other pc can read the drive fine but the BeeLink pc won't recognize the drive at all

Please advise

May I ask you have you tried other format? like NTFS?
Your MINIS12 PRO  can recognize other USB or other device?
Also you can email us: support-pc@bee-link.com

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.

For the 8GB  USB 2.0 thumb drive, have you tried other USB ports of MINIS12 PRO?
Maybe because 8GB is too big, the machine power supply is not enough.
And can you power the 8GB  USB 2.0 thumb drive?

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.
