GTR7 hardware virtualization can't be enabled

I installed virtualbox 7.0 on shipped Windows 11 to my GTR7(7840HS), after I created a virtual machine for Ubuntu 22.04, the hardware virtualization(AMD-V) can't be enabled. Hyper V isn't installed and credential guard is also not enabled on the Windows system.

In BIOS SVM mode was already turned on.

BIOS version: GTR7_beta_V37
