Stuck on BIOS splash page

I'm not tech savvy, but can learn.  Having an issue with BIOS/setup/boot menu page.  Mini was working great, went to sleep and woke up to my monitor displaying the BEELINK SPLASH PAGE asking me to press DEL to enter setup or F7 to access BOOT MENU.  Neither keys work, repeatedly pressed DEL, nothing. Tried turning off by pressing power button, NOTHING.  Unplugged it, and it did shut off (for 20 mins)  but immediately displayed the Beelink BIOS screen.  Does not pass go, does not boot up Windows 11, does not respond to DEL or F7 or the Power On/Off button.   Is there another back door way to boot up windows to gain access to the BIOS menu or any trouble shooting methods out there.  Most threads I've read are requesting ways to access this screen, I'm wanting off this non responsive black hole (screen)
