PCIe 1.0 x 4 instead of PCIe 3.0 x4 SER5

Hi there
I have Ser5 5700U and "problem" with hard drive speed.

As you can see speed is limited somehow to PCIe 1.0x4 and CrystalDiskmark shows ~ 800 MB/s

disk is like this EHFM90.1

Any solutions to get 3.0 x4 speed?

Hello there,
you can try to clean the SSD slot and swap the positions of the two SSDs ,and may I ask what is the specification of your SSD?

I have only one disk M.2 NVMe 2280 I got it with SER5 and this system "no name" disk EHFM90.1 is in the picture and should have specification PCIe 3.0.x 4. but works PCIe 1.0 x4 as test program says.

This C, D disk is one disk after partiction, not two disks. Before partition I had the same slow speed

Hi again
There was no bios issue but disk problem. I cloned system to PNY CS2230 and replaced. Then I had correct speed PCIe 3.0 x4.
