I am having issue with using a display port. It's stuck in lower resolution (1280x720 or 1280 x 800 or 1600x900) while switch to HDMI port works fine for a BenQ monitor.
- Drivers firmware are updated.
- Plugging the DP to another monitor (ASUS) shows higher resolution.
- Plugging the DP to a docking station then back to the SER-5 shows higher resolution.
- Update new Bios from BeeLink and screen would randomly become 1600x900 after a few reset.
My guess is the DP in the SER-5 is the issue. Beelink is not willing to RMA/warranty but wants me to return to Amazon.
