GTR7 v37 firmware does not flash

Anyone run into this?

I'm trying to flash the firmware from v35 to v37 on my GTR7.

Normally from the USB drive the process will just begin, but it is stuck on this screen:

Serial on the GTR7 is

A78403HF80383
GTR7-A-321TBVK0W64PRO-9

EDIT: never mind realized what I did wrong - I had left my USB flash drive in NTFS instead of formatting to FAT32 if anyone else bumps into this!
