Beelink EQ12 Power Adapter

Hi, I have 4 x Beelink EQ12 and 1 x Beelink EQ12 Pro

1 x EQ12 and 1 x EQ12 Pro came with the 12V 3 AMP power adapter. The back of the beelink device also says 12V 3 AMP.

3 x EQ12 came with the 19V 3.42 AMP power adapter, which is also written on the back of the Beelink PC.

From https://forum.bee-link.com/forum ... 8389&highlight=eq12, I understand that the device is a genuine beelink.

My question is, are the plugs interchangeable? In other words, Can I use the 19V 3.42 AMP power adapter with the EQ12, which says 9V 3AMP?

Can you also tell me the barrel plug type used for Beelink EQ12? I am considering getting a USB c-to-barrel adapter to power the Beelink EQ12.

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Your EQ12 can use 19V 3.42A power supply.
And your machine can not be powered on by USB-C port, so could you please send us a photo to show the USB c-to-barrel adapter? so that we can confirm if your machine can use this adapter.
