Requesting SER7 WIN11 key and few questions

Hi, SER7 is my first miniPC and I having problem playing few games(etc. CTD playing BG3, Xcom2,witcher3,Cyberpunk2077)


2Dgames are working properly but 3dgames using 780m is reaching 100% util and game freezes CTD.

I have latest Chipset ,Graphic Driver downloaded from AMD site but somepeople said I have to install OEM driver.

Do I have to install OEM driver??

and my serial number is on below

SN C78403LG40044

My Bios version is SER7PRO_P5C8V27

Can yo send me latest version aswell??
