Has anyone else received their SER7's only to find out that there may be a design flaw?
My WIFI download speeds are SLOW when using the SER7. I am less than 6 meters away from my router, and on my Apple Macbook, I am getting 100 Mbps ----However, in the same location, my SER7 is only able to get 25 Mbps.

I have tried using an external wifi adapter which solves the slow wifi speed issue on the SER7, but it appears that this only confirms that there is something inherently wrong with the SER7 - maybe too much signal interference within the small form factor that is causing this issue?

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

Hello,

I have tried this, but this does not solve the issue.

I have even tried replacing the stock original card with a WiFi 6E AX210NGW card, and the issue remains.

Hello,

I have tried this by unplugging the network card and plugging it back in, but this does not solve the issue.

I have aslo tried replacing the stock original card with a WiFi 6E AX210NGW card, and the issue remains.

Hello,

The Issue has not been solved. I've tried everything. I contacted Beelink, and they sent me a replacement Wificard, but the issue remains.

I am certain that the wifi issue is caused by the metal enclosure (design flaw). I gave up and ended up purchasing an external TP-Link AX1800 WiFi 6 USB Adapter, which resolved the slow wifi speeds.

Hello there,
Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver.

Tutorial:  https://mega.nz/file/mvAS1bQK#xX ... LDUFcxN5WUi6OrYy2js

6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver ---advanced--choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.

7. Please clear the CMOS.  Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes.

8.Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--①Wlan  auto config--start the service, ②WWAN Auto config ---start the service.
