I purchased a Beelink mini computer about 1 1/2 years ago and I LOVE IT!
Model is SEi8V4-G-16512810W64PRO-A
It has worked great until this morning. I was reading notes and the all of a sudden power just went out totally.
Tried pressing power button and nothing happened. The poweradapter blue light was off, so I unplugged everything. Now when I plug theadapter into the wall the blue light comes on, UNTIL I plug into the computerthen the blue light goes out and still will not power up.
Has the power supply failed or is it something in the computer?
HELP!

Hello there,

Seems that the power supply has failed.
Do you happen to have another power supply for testing ?
The power supply is 19V3A .

Hello there,

Seems that the power supply has failed.

I purchased a replacement power supply locally. Plugged in, the light on the power supply lit....until I plugged into the computer then it also went out. I then pressed the CLR CMOS button for 15 seconds and tried again as the support contact told me but did the same thing!
It seems that it is something internal, NOW WHAT?

Hello there,

The PC has one-year warranty.
However, you can send it back for further checking and repair.

Could you please offer us your purchase record ?
