Could you please send us a picture about bios version on the bios main page?
This is the tutorial: https://mega.nz/#F!yuISGa4I!s1bQQajKwnsEdzjqq4nopQ
Then we could check if there is a updated bios file.

Looking forward to your reply so that we can help you better.

Hello there

Your BIOS is the latest, you do not need to update it.
May I ask you is there something wrong with your machine so that you want to update your BIOS.

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.
Have a nice day!

yes, it's not booting from time to time. i can start the pc and it will boot normally, but if i restart pc right after it has booted - there'll be black screen, in this case only clear cmos/removing the battery will help. My guess is that something has gone wrong with bios.

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Please reset your BIOS first-----please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Then please take out your BIOS battery and let it sit for two to three hours before putting it back.

If these two methods can not help you solve the issue, please email us.
Here is the Beelink support team email address---Support-PC@bee-link.com
Please email us with belowing information:
1. Please tell us your problems again.
2.Please send us the photo of SN on the bottom of your pc and the purchase record.

It is more convenience for our support team to help you solve this issue through email.

Looking forward to your information.
Have a nice day!

Hello,

I have a problem with Mini S. I am trying to use a 4TB SSD inside of it and have tried all possible partition combinations but the mini pc just won't go past the boot screen. I have tried marking that ssd as extern and not using it while boot. Still nothing. If I plug the ribbon cable to the mbo while I'm in ubuntu server the ssd is recognized. The SSD works completely fine in all other pc's. This simply does not make any sense that there is a hard limit for this.

The AHCI SATA controller on this mini pc (Intel Jasper Lake SATA AHCI Controller) fully supports large modern disks.

Hi,

But why? The hardware does allow for it. Bios update would help a few people which do have the same problem as me.
