Use some toothpick or pin to press it down - finger will not help.

Make sure that the Micro SD card metal pins are facing up towards the ceiling.
When inserted it'll have a springy feel and will have to push all the way in until it clicks in place.

Also it can take up to 64 GB as this is currently what I have.

The only thing I've noticed though is upon formatting it (so that it acts as Internal Storage) a message pops up advising that it's slow.
The card inserted is 64 GB SDXC Class 10 U1. Have tested this within ATTO Disk Benchmark and using a USB 2 adapter and port does have the minimum Write speed of 10 mbps and Read of just over 20 mbps.

Within a USB 3 port and adapter the results are far better = 18 mbps Write and 78 / 79 mbps Read.

Please let me know your thoughts as I haven't seen much on the Internet about Micro SD speeds within the Beelink GT1.

Ok in regards to the Micro SD card being slow I chose the wrong option which was to use as Internal Storage.
For the SD card to perform correctly I chose the option to use it as Media / Photo storage which then works fine.
Transferred Rayman Fiesta Run to the Micro SD card and that worked perfectly so have answered my own issue but hopefully I'll help someone in the future when they perform a Search for this issue.
