I have a problem with the USB 2.0 ports on the rear panel.
I can use a keyboard and mouse with those ports.
But, I cannot use USB flash drive.
Windows 11 recognizes the USB flash drive for a moment, but then it disappears from Explorer.

I did a clean install of Windows 11 Pro and applied all the drivers, but the situation did not improve.

Help me.

Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

Test the USB flash drive on another computer: This will help determine if the issue is with the flash drive itself or with your computer’s USB ports. If the flash drive works on another computer without any issues, then the problem may be specific to your computer.
.
Change USB port and cable: Try plugging the USB flash drive into a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes certain USB ports can have compatibility issues. Additionally, using a different USB cable (if applicable) can also rule out any issues with the cable itself.

Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager---universal serial bus controller--USB hub---properties--power management---uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"

Thank you.

There's something I forgot to write down.

USB flash drives that could not be used with the USB 2.0 port on the back can be used without any problems with the USB 3.0 port on the front.
Same situation with some USB flash drives.
No USB flash drive can be used with USB 2.0 port on the back.

① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
② Please reinstall the PC with our image https://mega.nz/file/T6YWmBpL#Qp ... c92j73Cz0UBfvEyzxkY
