Turn off LAN LEDs possible? (SEi12 i5-1235U)

My Beelink SEi12 is standing in the corridor and the blinking LAN LEDs are quite annoying by night. :)

Is it possible to turn them off? (I know, by using WLAN they are off, but i need a wired LAN connection)
