Both Beelink Mini S computers died within 2 days

I purchased 2 Mini S computers. They ran fine the first day. On the second day both shutdown in about 15 minutes. The power light works, and the ethernet port flashes, but neither computer makes any attempt to boot. I guess they are both dead?

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.
You mean your 2x MINIS shutdown on the second day, right?

You can reset BIOS first------please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
