Hi

Just unboxed a new SER 5 MAX 5800H unit and gone through initial Windows 11 setup.

I then plug in a USB C drive (Samsung SSD T5) and other USB C devices and there's no response. No sign of power and windows is not recognising the drive.

Does anyone know if this is a fault or is there some setting I need to do to enable USB-C?

Hello there
You can contact this email: support-pc@bee-link.com
But you can try to clear the CMOS first: There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on after 10 minutes to check whether it can be used normally.

Thanks - this worked.

Would have thought a completely new system would already be reset but anyway it's working!
